F.A.Q.s - Frequently Asked Questions

Does my child have to be fully potty trained?
- No, your child does not have to be fully potty trained. We accept children as long as they have started potty training at home and are still in training. We do not train at the school, but we will assist during bathroom use.
- There will be an extra fee for any child who needs pull up changing.
How long will it take for a spot to be available?
- It depends. Openings sporadically happen throughout the year, but are not consistently frequent. We take in majority of our children during July and August.
How much is the deposit fee and how does it work?
- The deposit fee is half of the amount for the program plan you will enroll your child in.
- Any paid deposit will be forfeited if the child's enrollment is cancelled before or on their start date.
- As long as all the policies have been followed, the deposit fee gets returned within the last week of enrollment.
